Nail stamping with Konad plates and polishes is good for beginners as well as pros. I believe their nail polishes takes a bit longer to dry which can be good when using them for stamping.
They sell lots of stuff for nail art, such as the specific nail polishes for stamping, regular polishes, nail art pens and even Gel.
To achieve gradient colors on nails, which are a perfect base for nail stamping, I am learning how to make ombré nails to perfection. You can also use this technique to get a nice french manicure.
Make some colorful weekend nails which are fun as they are or can be a perfect base for nail stamping. This nail art is simple to do, but make sure the nail polishes have time to dry between coats.
A cool but very simple nail art is to make a mustache, all you need are a dotting tool, a thin pointy tool and a fine art brush. For example you can use a pin and a tooth pick. Or you just use a nail art pen which can be found in places such as Walmart and Amazon.

With the European November weather, grey skies and rain, I found that making autumn nail art with nail stamping was a delight. Grey matches lots of my autumn outfits. For some green nails I used OPI Thanks a Windmillion and white base from Depend.

Glitter nailart is quite easy to do, I chose to only decorate two fingers per hand and keep the rest with a regular french manicure.
Leopard nailart might not be super easy to do on your own, but worth a try if you have a dotting tool and fine art brush. I have made my own dotting tool using a pin onto a pens rubber. I used OPI Got a Date To-Knight, dots OPI Gargantua Green Grape and lines OPI Can’t find my czechbook.
Half and half nailart can be made by beginners. I myself am a beginner so the nailart wont be to difficult. I used the follwoing nailpolishes for this half and half nailart; OPI Gargantuan Green Grape , Mavala Velvet and Mavala Riga.
